Job Summary Zscaler Analyst (Quincy, MA)

• Administer and manage Zscaler solutions for the organization.
• Oversee user access and resolve connectivity/authentication issues, ensuring efficient and secure access.
• Utilize strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID for user and access management.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, connectivity, and access-related problems efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to end users and stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests while maintaining high response and resolution standards.
• Collaborate with other IT and security teams, adhering to security best practices.
