Workstation Support Analyst- Central Deployment (Information Systems)

• Required Education (I/S)
• Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field
• OR
• 2 years of job-related work experience

• Required Work Experience
• 2 years of technical operations support experience

• Required Technologies / Tools
• Microsoft Teams, Excel, Office, Windows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including:
• Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote
• Ability to leverage these tools to support daily business operations

• Preferred (Not Required)
• CompTIA A+ or higher preferred, but not required

• Core Competencies
• Strong professional customer service
• Ability to resolve inquiries and communicate effectively via:
• Phone, Microsoft Teams, and email
• Self-driven leader: works independently, uses sound judgment, takes initiative, and can provide guidance/support to others with minimal supervision
• Strong organization and attention to detail:
• Record management, asset/request tracking, operational support, and process compliance
• General knowledge of computer equipment and peripherals:
• Can identify and communicate technical details when needed

• Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Building workstations
• Backing up data
• Installing software
• Deploying new workstations to users in the environment
