Job Summary

Draftomat is looking for a Workforce Operations Analyst to contribute to customer service, scheduling, gardening and landscape-related operations, order coordination, project support, and vendor administration. You will analyze operational performance and improve processes, capacity, reporting, and decision-making while working with the teams responsible for this area. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Main Duties

• Collect and analyze operational data related to volume, capacity, service levels, productivity, cost, or cycle time in the Workforce Operations Analyst role at Draftomat.
• Build reports and dashboards that show trends, bottlenecks, exceptions, and performance against targets as part of the Workforce Operations Analyst role at Draftomat.
• Map current processes, identify recurring delays or control gaps, and quantify improvement opportunities across customer scheduling and service operations in this Workforce Operations Analyst position.
• Partner with operational teams to test process changes and measure results after implementation for the Draftomat team as part of Workforce Operations Analyst work.
• Maintain assumptions, metric definitions, source notes, and documentation for recurring analysis while supporting customer scheduling and service operations in the Workforce Operations Analyst role at Draftomat.
• Prepare clear recommendations and management summaries based on evidence and measurable impact as part of day-to-day Workforce Operations Analyst responsibilities at Draftomat.
