We are seeking an Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Administrator to support and maintain its Infor WFM Cloud Time & Attendance platform. This role will be responsible for day-to-day application support, user troubleshooting, system configuration, and maintenance of union pay rules for approximately 400 union employees.
This is primarily an operational support role focused on ensuring the stability and accuracy of the workforce management system while partnering with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to resolve timekeeping-related issues. The position will also provide support for physical time collection devices, including badge readers and time clocks.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Cloud platform, with a focus on Time & Attendance. - Troubleshoot and resolve user questions, system issues, and support tickets. - Configure and maintain employee timekeeping rules, attendance policies, and labor-related system settings. - Support and maintain physical time clocks and badge readers, including device monitoring, connectivity troubleshooting, firmware updates, and reboots. - Maintain and update union pay rules, overtime calculations, shift differentials, and labor agreement requirements within Infor WFM. - Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to investigate and resolve timekeeping issues. - Perform testing and validation for system updates, patches, and configuration changes. - Run reports and perform basic system analysis as needed to support troubleshooting efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience administering or supporting Infor Workforce Management (WFM). Experience supporting Infor Time & Attendance. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting production workforce management environments. Experience configuring and supporting union pay rules, overtime calculations, and labor agreement requirements. Experience supporting physical time clocks, badge readers, or other time collection devices. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer support skills. Ability to support both application functionality and associated timekeeping devices.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting unionized workforces in entertainment, media, or studio environments. Familiarity with Entertainment Partners (EP), Cast & Crew, or similar payroll providers. Exposure to Workday or other payroll integrations. SQL or reporting experience for troubleshooting and support purposes. Experience supporting workforce populations of 300+ employees.
Compensation:
- $55-$65hr.
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
- Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
