ACPWB's Stakeholder Engagement practice is expanding its focus on organizational well being, and we are looking for a Workforce Insights and Analytics Manager who can operate at the level of rigor our clients demand. This position will report to the practice lead and manage a small team of 16 analysts, with the expectation of growing that team within 18 months, budget permitting, which it will.

Key Responsibilities

• ◆ Support the annual update and peer review of ACPWB's proprietary organizational well being methodology documentation
• ◆ Conduct in-depth analysis of Mercer US Benchmark Database to support market pricing and benchmarking deliverables

Qualifications

Required

• ◆ Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Python, R, or SQL a plus
• ◆ Demonstrated curiosity about labor market trends and a habit of staying current on relevant research
• ◆ Advanced proficiency in Mercer US Benchmark Database or an equivalent compensation benchmarking survey platform
• ◆ Strong business acumen and understanding of how compensation decisions affect organizational performance
• ◆ Experience developing compensation philosophy documents, salary structures, or incentive plan designs
• ◆ Familiarity with job architecture, leveling frameworks, and internal equity analysis methodology

Preferred

• ◆ Advanced Excel modeling skills including use of Power Query and VBA
• ◆ Prior involvement in compensation-related legislative or regulatory comment processes
• ◆ Demonstrated ability to produce publishable-quality research and analysis
• ◆ Experience with HRMS or compensation management software platforms
