Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Infor Workbrain / Infor Workforce Management.
Configure and maintain time and attendance, scheduling, pay rules, accruals, and absence management.
Troubleshoot employee punch, scheduling, and payroll discrepancies.
Develop, test, and implement system enhancements and configuration changes.
Create and maintain reports.
Support labor forecasting and schedule optimization processes.
Manage interfaces between Workbrain, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws for Federal and State, complex union agreements, and overtime rules.
Conduct system testing, upgrades, and release validation.
Provide end user training and documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting Infor Workforce Management (Workbrain).
Strong understanding of workforce management, payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping processes.
Experience configuring pay rules, attendance policies, accruals, and schedules.
Must fully understand FLSA concepts regarding Weighted Average and Rate in Effect calculations
Experience with system integrations and interface troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
