  • Workday Integration Analyst
  • A global life sciences organisation is seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to join its HR technology team. This role is focused on designing, building, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various enterprise systems, including payroll, benefits, and third-party HR platforms.
  • Role Overview
  • The Workday Integration Analyst will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to deliver and support integration solutions within the Workday ecosystem. The role involves hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR system integrations.
  • This position is suited to an individual with foundational integration experience who is looking to grow within HR technology and enterprise systems.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIBs, Workday Studio, Report-as-a-Service, and packaged integrations
  • Develop integration design specifications in collaboration with HR and technical stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Support implementation of new HR technology capabilities across the enterprise
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across integration workflows
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all integration processes
  • Work with cross-functional HRIT and technical teams to support ongoing system enhancements
  • Monitor integration performance and support continuous optimisation
  • Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in systems integration or HR technology support
  • Understanding of Web Services, APIs, and modern integration technologies
  • Experience working with Workday integrations or similar enterprise HR systems preferred
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision in a structured environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to support data validation and auditing processes
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and develop within HR systems and integration technologies
  • Basic understanding of HR business processes and system workflows
  • Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to Workday integration tools (EIB, Workday Studio, RaaS, or equivalent)
  • Experience working in HRIT or enterprise application support environments
  • Familiarity with data integration troubleshooting and monitoring tools
  • Interest in HR systems architecture and digital transformation
