Key Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and exchanged data.
Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll transactions end-to-end, including hires, transfers, job changes, compensation changes, payroll events, and terminations.
Investigate discrepancies and determine root cause across data, configuration, integration logic, mapping, timing, processing, and provider-side systems.
Review integration outputs, inbound/outbound files, messages, logs, reports, Workday transactions, and provider responses.
Work with Benefits and Retirement SMEs to understand business rules, expected results, and business impact.
Collaborate with Workday functional teams, developers, integration teams, vendors, and benefits providers to validate findings and implement corrective actions.
Document root-cause analysis, findings, business rules, and recommended resolutions for both technical and business audiences.
Distinguish true defects from behavior resulting from existing configurations or business rules.
Develop and maintain end-to-end data flow diagrams for employee, payroll, retirement, and benefits transactions.

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations.
