ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will serve as the primary functional expert optimizing Workday Core HCM for a globally recognized enterprise leader. You will bridge complex business needs with scalable technical solutions, driving full lifecycle projects from initial requirements gathering through deployment and release management. This engagement is a 7-month contract opportunity supporting cross-border HR operations across international regions.
- WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead end-to-end functional solutions for Workday Core HCM, spanning business requirements, architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and optimize critical employee lifecycle business processes, including Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination, and Organizational Assignments.
- Partner directly with HR Business Partners, IT, Payroll, and Legal teams across multiple countries to align cross-functional workflows.
- Drive biannual Workday release cycles by evaluating new features, leading impact assessments, and implementing high-value enhancements.
- Resolve complex data integrity issues and business process failures through systematic root-cause analysis.
- Automate manual workflows across supervisory organizations and validation rules to elevate operational efficiency at scale.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience with deep functional expertise in Workday Core HCM.
- Proven track record leading full-lifecycle Workday enhancements, business process configurations, and system releases in complex environments.
- Hands-on mastery of Workday architecture, custom validation rules, condition rules, and security frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering alongside global HR, Legal, and IT stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of upstream and downstream integrations across Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, and Time Tracking.
