- Job Title: WMS System Analyst
- Location: Greenfield, IN (On-Site)
- Duration: Full-Time/Direct Hire
We are seeking a WMS Analyst with hands-on WMS experience to support warehouse operations and new client implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Softeon WMS for 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment operations.
- Gather business requirements and map warehouse processes.
- Support client onboarding, solution design, and system integrations.
- Work with EDI, APIs, ERP, and e-commerce integrations.
- Develop test scripts and support UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
- Support warehouse workflows including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping.
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, customers, and vendors.
