Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced WMS Business Analyst to provide operational and application support for Distribution Center (DC) operations in Memphis, TN and Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), business processes, and SQL, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users. This role involves supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, analyzing issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of WMS applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and operational support for WMS applications across Distribution Centers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business users, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Analyze warehouse processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize SQL to investigate data issues, generate reports, and support business analysis.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and cross-functional teams to resolve system and process-related issues.
• Gather and document business requirements and assist with system enhancements and testing.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Experience with WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder/JDA, Manhattan, Oracle WMS, SAP EWM, or similar is preferred.
