• yWe are seeking a Windchill L2 Support Analyst to provide application and production support for the PTC Windchill PLM platform. The candidate will troubleshoot user issues, analyze application incidents, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure the stability and availability of Windchill applications
• .Key Responsibilities
• :Provide L2 application support for PTC Windchill environments
• .Monitor and troubleshoot Windchill application issues and production incidents
• .Analyze tickets, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions
• .Support users with Windchill-related functional and technical issues
• .Investigate application errors, workflows, access issues, and data-related problems
• .Perform incident, problem, and service request management
• .Coordinate with L1, L3, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams when escalation is required
• .Perform basic application monitoring and health checks
• .Maintain incident records, troubleshooting documentation, and knowledge articles
• .Participate in production deployments, maintenance activities, and planned releases as required
• .Follow ITIL/service management processes and established support procedures
• .Communicate effectively with business users and technical stakeholders
• .Required Skills
• :Hands-on experience supporting PTC Windchill / Windchill PLM
• .Experience in L2 / Level 2 application or production support
• .Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• .Experience with incident and ticket management
• .Knowledge of Windchill modules, workflows, access/security, and application functionality
• .Ability to analyze logs and investigate application issues
• .Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
• .Ability to work independently and coordinate with L3/technical teams
