3-5 Must Haves:
- Epic Willow Ambulatory certification and hands-on configuration experience.
- Strong experience designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting Epic Willow Ambulatory.
- Retail/Outpatient Pharmacy workflow expertise.
- Experience supporting prescription processing, dispensing, charging, inventory management, and retail pharmacy operations.
- Healthcare IT analyst experience in a production environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot incidents, perform system maintenance, support enhancements, and maintain system stability in a high-volume healthcare setting.
- Integration and vendor coordination experience.
- Experience supporting integrations with third-party pharmacy systems, dispensing hardware, interfaces, and external vendors.
- End-to-end implementation and upgrade support.
- Experience with testing, workflow validation, go-lives, cutovers, upgrades, and production support, including documentation and change control processes.
- Nice to Have:
- Epic Willow Inpatient exposure.
- Experience supporting retail pharmacy expansions/new store openings.
- Revenue Cycle collaboration experience.
- Academic medical center or large healthcare system background.
