Warehouse Management System (WMS) Business Analyst

Location - Memphis, TN (Onsite) or Maryland (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced WMS Business Analyst to provide operational and application support for our Distribution Center (DC) operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between warehouse operations and IT, ensuring that warehouse management processes run efficiently while supporting end users with issue resolution, reporting, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) users.
• Act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and technical teams.
• Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot WMS issues and coordinate resolution with development teams.
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze operational data and investigate issues.
• Support inventory management, receiving, shipping, picking, packing, replenishment, and order fulfillment processes.
• Create reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.
• Assist with testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system implementations.
• Train warehouse personnel on system functionality and best practices.
• Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Hands-on experience with leading WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP EWM, HighJump/K rber, Oracle WMS).
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with business users and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
