Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills (5–8+ Years Experience)
Strong analytical and engineering mindset; focused on building scalable foundations rather than one-off outputs
Experience operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure through documentation, standards, and repeatable processes
Data Architecture and Data Modeling experience (3+ years)
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
GCP experience, including BigQuery (5+ years)
Experience with GitHub and modern development practices (3+ years)
Familiarity with secure engineering practices including secrets management, least privilege access, and secure source control management
Commitment to maintaining all code, SQL, scripts, and documentation within source control
