The Role
An opportunity is available for an experienced VP / Director of Data Center Construction to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects across the US Worth market.
This senior leadership position will take responsibility for the successful execution of complex, high-value developments from preconstruction through commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities
Lead construction delivery across large-scale data center developments
Take ownership of projects from preconstruction through commissioning and handover
Manage general contractors, EPC partners, consultants and specialist subcontractors
Oversee major electrical, mechanical and MEP packages
Own project budgets, schedules, risk and overall delivery strategy
Coordinate with development, design, procurement, commissioning and operations teams
Manage relationships with utilities, contractors and key project stakeholders
Identify and resolve major project risks
Lead and develop construction and project-management teams
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost and schedule requirements
Provide project and portfolio reporting to executive leadership
Experience & Qualifications
12+ years of construction, engineering or major capital-project experience
Significant experience delivering data centers or mission-critical infrastructure
Proven leadership of large-scale capital projects
Strong knowledge of mission-critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure
Experience managing general contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors
Proven budget, schedule and commercial responsibility
Strong understanding of preconstruction, procurement, construction and commissioning
Excellent leadership, commercial judgement and stakeholder-management skills
Experience delivering hyperscale, colocation or campus-scale data center developments is highly desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
$240,000–$300,000 base salary, dependent on experience, plus a competitive package that may include:
