Job Description

Viyahe is hiring for the Virtual Data Analyst / Entry Level (Remote) role. In this position, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The work supports travel booking, customer support, software-enabled operations, data, digital products, and technical services. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from approved spreadsheets, databases, reports, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
