Job Description

Fly My Group is hiring for the Virtual Data Analyst / Entry Level (Remote) role. In this position, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The work supports group airfare, reservations, ticketing, schedule changes, traveler support, and group travel operations. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from approved spreadsheets, databases, reports, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
