Job Summary
The Vendor Relationship Analyst supports vendor registration and vendor relationship activities while serving as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors. This role is responsible for reviewing vendor documentation, ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and handling sensitive financial and tax information with confidentiality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor registration and update requests.
Process vendor registration requests and review vendor documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding vendor status and requirements.
Conduct background verification and compliance checks.
Monitor vendor eligibility and restricted vendor lists.
Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
Identify and escalate discrepancies or compliance issues.
Manage multiple requests while meeting deadlines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience handling confidential financial, banking, tax, or compliance information.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel; Power BI preferred.
Familiarity with regulated or public sector environments is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
