The Vendor Compliance Analyst serves as a key resource for OpenTicket compliance activities, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements, company policies, and established procedures. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, as well as a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and advanced knowledge of the OpenInvoice/OpenTicket systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others are essential
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Monitor daily OpenTicket activity to identify vendor compliance issues, billing discrepancies, and potential overcharges.
- Review and analyze vendor ticket data to verify compliance with contractual requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve compliance exceptions and support ongoing compliance initiatives.
- Investigate field ticket discrepancies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field ticket compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report recurring compliance trends and issues, providing actionable recommendations when appropriate.
- Partner with key stakeholders to align ticketing requirements and compliance expectations across departments while supporting continuous process and system improvements.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in training sessions for vendors and approvers to promote ticket compliance and process consistency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Accounts payable, compliance, auditing, finance, or a related field experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately and exercise sound professional judgement
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience utilizing Enverus platforms, including OpenInvoice and OpenTicket.
- Experience with Spotfire reporting and data analytics tools.
- Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Five (5+) years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Working knowledge of oilfield operations, terminology, and industry practices.
