Valuations Analyst

2. About the Opportunity:

The Valuations Analyst will play a critical role in assessing prospective residential property deals and determining scopes of work for acquisitions. This position is responsible for estimating market values to guide acquisition decisions and developing pricing strategies for resale to maximize return on investment. The role supports collaboration across Sales and Construction teams to align pricing, budgets, and construction plans, ensuring timely and accurate valuations that contribute directly to the organization''s financial and operational goals.

3. Responsibilities:

• • Determine pricing strategies to maximize return on investment for acquired properties
• • Establish turnaround times for property dispositions
• • Collaborate with Sales and Construction teams on pricing, budgeting, and construction scopes
• • Perform property valuations across the United States with accuracy
• • Meet turnaround objectives to prevent properties from remaining on the market too long
• • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• • Support additional tasks as needed to help achieve organizational goals

4. Requirements:

• • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations or underwriting
• • Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework preferred
• • Bachelor’s degree preferred
• • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation Range: $70,000 to $95,000 inclusive of base and bonus
