Technical Skills:
- Preparation & monitoring of Test Plans and Test cases:- UAT
- Test Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing testing life cycle. Exposure to managing and coordinating UAT.
- Work experience on managing Testing life cycle.
- Experience in Coordinating UAT.
- Experience in ADO( Azure Devops) mandatory.
Process Skills:
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms AWS, Azure and CI,CD.
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum practices and stakeholder collaboration
- Behavioral Skills:
- Self-driven, Disciplined, Organized, Result Oriented, Focused & Passionate about work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Passionate about learning new technologies and provide innovative idea
