Our team operates at the intersection of software engineering, data, AI systems, and rapid experimentation. We develop scalable platforms that enable intelligent automation, including agent orchestration and customer-facing AI solutions. Emphasizing iteration speed and practical impact, we build adaptive systems that learn from usage. The role involves navigating complex problem spaces to deliver reliable, secure, production-grade software. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and continuous improvement to address challenging business and technical issues within growth technology. Team members leverage skills in predictive analytics, data strategy, machine learning, Python, and data visualization to drive meaningful outcomes.
What you'll do: Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains and databases to support analytics initiatives. Perform data quality assessments and ensure data integrity for accurate model development. Develop, validate, and tune predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor models in production environments. Mentor junior team members on analytical methods and best practices.
What you'll bring: Expertise in agentic coding tools and frameworks to build production systems. Skilled in open-ended problem spaces with evolving requirements. Expertise with structured data and workflows to build high-quality, scalable solutions. Skilled in working across technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into practical outcomes. Strong ownership mindset focused on shipping, learning, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications Expertise working on agent workflows, orchestration layers, and evaluation processes. Expertise with protocol-driven systems (e.g., MCP or similar). Strong track record of building solutions quickly and iterating based on real feedback.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
