Votre rôle :
• Assurer le soutien avancé de plateformes numériques et résoudre les incidents et problèmes applicatifs
• Collaborer avec les équipes technologiques, fournisseurs et équipes de développement
• Analyser les problèmes récurrents et contribuer aux analyses de causes profondes
• Participer aux tests, validations, mises en production et communications lors d’incidents
• Créer et améliorer la documentation, les procédures et les articles de connaissances
• Recommander des améliorations aux plateformes et à l’expérience utilisateur
Profil recherché :
• Diplôme universitaire et 3+ années d’expérience en soutien applicatif ou soutien auprès d’une clientèle
• Expérience dans un environnement B2B
• Bonne connaissance des plateformes numériques et applications d’affaires
• Expérience en services financiers, courtage ou garde de valeurs fortement appréciée
• Connaissance de Jira, Confluence et/ou SQL : un atout
• Disponibilité occasionnelle en dehors des heures régulières lors de mises en production

What you’ll do:
• Provide advanced support for digital platforms, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service issues
• Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, vendors, and developers to investigate and resolve issues
• Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support testing, validation, product releases, and incident/outage communications
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, user guides, procedures, and support documentation
• Provide clear guidance and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in application support or a client-facing support role
• Experience in a B2B environment
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, business systems, or client-facing applications
• Experience in financial services, brokerage, or custody services is highly desirable
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or SQL is an asset
• Flexibility to occasionally support releases outside regular business hours
