• eWe are seeking a Business Analyst with UI/UX experience to support the delivery of user-centric software solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and ensure successful project delivery throughout the SDLC
• .Key Responsibilitie
• sGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements
• .Assess and validate UI/UX enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and business needs
• .Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the Agile or Waterfall software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• .Develop and maintain clear functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and supporting artifacts for development, testing, and deployment
• .Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and other technical resources
• .Support requirement validation, change management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed
• .Qualification
• sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• .Minimum of 3 years of Business Analyst experience within a software development environment
• .At least 1 year of experience supporting UX initiatives as a Business Analyst, or a UI/UX design background combined with 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
• .Hands-on experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• .Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• .Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred but not required
