• About the Role
• A UI Path Operational Analyst is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and optimizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions developed on the UiPath platform. The role ensures automated processes run efficiently, resolves bot failures, analyzes performance metrics, and identifies opportunities for automation improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of 5+years of UiPath Orchestrator and RPA operations.
• Understanding of business process workflows and automation lifecycle.
• Experience with incident management and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in UiPath RPA support, operations, or business process automation environments.
• Preferred Certifications:
• UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) Associate or Advanced certification.

Compensation

• Compensation: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour*
• This is the targeted compensation range for this role. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
