We are looking for an experienced UAT/QE Lead who can own business-facing UAT, drive quality strategy, lead QA teams, and provide strong release-readiness governance across enterprise applications.

• 💻 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• • Own the business-facing UAT phase from planning through completion in pre-production environments.
• • Define and drive the UAT strategy in partnership with Technology and Product teams.
• • Act as the quality bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• • Translate product requirements into comprehensive test scenarios, workflows, and UAT coverage.
• • Conduct stakeholder walkthroughs, coordinate defect triage, and ensure UAT readiness across test data, environments, and business-user onboarding.
• • Establish program-wide quality gates for UAT and production releases.
• • Provide independent Go/No-Go recommendations and release assurance to program leadership.
• • Lead, mentor, and develop QA resources while driving continuous capability improvement.
• • Leverage modern AI tools such as Claude to improve QA productivity, test analysis, and quality processes.
• • Own QA resource planning, capacity planning, and team objectives.
• • Ensure complete traceability across requirements, test cases, defects, UAT results, and releases.
• • Maintain QA compliance and documentation to support internal audit and regulatory requirements.
• • Own defect governance, prioritization, escalation, and resolution tracking.
• • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring quality issues and implement sustainable improvements.
• • Identify predictive quality and delivery risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
• • Partner with business and technical teams to improve release quality from one cycle to the next.

• 🏢 DOMAIN EXPERIENCE – IMPORTANT
• Strong Commercial Real Estate domain experience is highly important for this position. Candidates should understand business processes and data associated with commercial real estate applications and be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders.
