🚨 Now Hiring: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst – Fraud Systems
- 📍 Location: Vienna, VA – Hybrid
- 📅 Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension
- We are seeking an experienced UAT Analyst to support testing initiatives for Fraud Systems, including system enhancements, releases, defect resolutions, and business-driven projects.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing and executing UAT test plans, test cases, test scripts, and scenarios, while ensuring testing aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria. A key focus of this role is creating reusable, structured, and automation-ready test cases that can support future automated testing efforts.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute UAT plans, test cases, scripts, and scenarios
- • Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- • Identify, document, track, and validate defects and resolutions
- • Create repeatable and automation-ready test assets
- • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and project teams
- • Support release readiness, pre-implementation validation, and post-production verification
- • Provide testing status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders
- • Maintain testing documentation, evidence, and audit artifacts
- • Identify opportunities to improve testing quality, efficiency, and automation readiness
🔹 Required Qualifications:
- • 3–5+ years of UAT, QA, or business validation experience
- • Strong experience developing UAT test plans, test cases, test scripts, and scenarios
- • Experience validating requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- • Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- • Experience working in Agile/project-based environments
- • Understanding of automated testing concepts and automation-ready test design
- • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
⭐ Preferred: Experience in fraud prevention, fraud operations, risk management, or financial services, along with exposure to test automation tools/frameworks, continuous testing, compliance, audit, and governance.
