This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity offering strong direct-hire potential, great work-life balance, and competitive pay.
Position Highlights:
💵 Pay Rate: Up to $44.30/hr (Direct-hire conversion target ~$85,000/year + bonus)
📍 Location: Houston, TX 77077 (Enclave Parkway area)
🗓️ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🏠 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Wednesdays, Remote remainder of the week; initial 2-3 days onsite during training)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Cash Management: Execute daily treasury operations, record cash transactions, and generate daily/weekly/monthly cash position reports.
Forecasting & Analytics: Analyze financial trends, credit conditions, and liabilities to build short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts and perform variance analysis.
Reconciliations & Banking: Perform complex bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, conduct bank fee analyses for cost savings, and collaborate directly with major banking partners.
Card & System Administration: Administer the corporate merchant card program and participate in treasury system implementations and compliance/audit projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Corporate Finance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power BI and Treasury Management System experience a plus!).
Solid grasp of cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and wire/ACH processing.
