We are seeking a Temporary Treasury role to support core treasury operations across our Americas region, including cash positioning, payment execution, liquidity monitoring, treasury reporting, and treasury customer support.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced global environment. The position offers exposure to treasury operations and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily treasury operations for the Americas region (USA, Canada, Mexico), including cash positioning and liquidity monitoring
• Daily global reporting and data entry
• Internal/External customer support message routing and money movement confirmations
• Entering manual wires and payments and submitting for approval
• Support the administration and lifecycle management of letters of credit and related bank security instruments by coordinating with internal stakeholders and banking partners
• Support in data validation and clean-up

Experience we need from you:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar
• Experience in treasury, cash management, or banking operations
• Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience with AI Chatbots, automation tools, or data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Sharepoint, Smartsheets or similar technologies is a plus
• Bi-Lingual is a plus(English and Spanish is preferred)
