Treasury Analyst

LHH is partnering with a well-established, growing financial technology firm to hire a Treasury Analyst for a fully remote role. This position is designed for a professional with 2+ years of treasury operations experience looking to expand their scope across cash management, banking relationships, and process improvement in a scaling environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support daily cash activity across multiple entities, including funding, transfers, and intercompany settlements through banking platforms
• Track liquidity positions and identify shortfalls, helping coordinate funding actions and internal allocations
• Assist with the administration of bank accounts, including onboarding, updates, and compliance documentation
• Review account activity and fee structures to identify cost savings and service improvements
• Maintain payment instructions and vendor records within treasury systems, ensuring accuracy and proper controls
• Partner with internal teams and financial institutions to resolve transaction issues and account discrepancies
• Oversee corporate card program administration, including monitoring usage and policy adherence
• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements within the treasury function
• Help establish and refine internal procedures and controls supporting cash management activities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or a related finance function
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar field, or equivalent experience
• Additional experience within treasury or financial operations is a plus
• Exposure to banking platforms or treasury-related systems
• CTP or similar certification is advantageous
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the base salary range is estimated to be $80,000 to $95,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
