Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash reporting and execution of daily cash positioning duties to monitor bank balances against SAP
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, clear transactional bank entries in SAP on a regular basis, and collaborate across teams to resolve reconciling items
  • Assist with the preparation of various compliance reports for banking partners
  • Support bank KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance processes and documentation requirements
  • Liaise directly with banking partners to resolve transactional queries received internally from various departments
  • Prepare interest calculation schedules to verify interest received and process journal entries related to monthly bank service charges
  • Download and archive wire receipt details for the Accounts Receivable (AR) team, check cheque statuses, and issue stop/void payments as required
  • Monitor outstanding cheque lists to ensure banking records match SAP records perfectly

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2–5 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or high-volume bank reconciliations
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (highly preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to partner with financial institutions and internal teams
  • A background working within a law firm, professional services, or an environment with an understanding of Trust Accounting (highly beneficial asset)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet strict daily banking deadlines independently
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a natural aptitude for numerical accuracy and data integrity
