Treasury Analyst

• Job Title: Treasury Analyst – Finance
• Location: Vaughan, ON (Primarily Remote; quarterly office visit required)
• Duration: Contract (Until Oct 26, 2026, with possibility of 6 months extension/Permanent conversion potential)
• Start: ASAP

Pay Rate: CAD26/hr- 30/hr on T4

• Role Overview
• Support the Treasury Officer in day-to-day treasury operations, cash management, and banking activities.
• Responsible for cash reporting, bank reconciliations, compliance reporting, and maintaining accurate banking records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure smooth treasury operations.
• What You'll Do
• Prepare daily cash reports and monitor bank balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and clear outstanding items in SAP.
• Prepare banking compliance and interest calculation reports.
• Liaise with banks to resolve queries and manage cheque-related requests.
• Process banking journal entries and support treasury-related projects.
• What You Have Done
• Up to 2 years of experience in treasury, banking, or reconciliation functions.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, cash management, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Familiarity with KYC processes and banking compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
