  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support cash management, investment activity, financial reporting, treasury databases, and financial operations.
  • The Treasury Analyst will support daily cash management activities, cash flow forecasting, investment tracking, financial reporting, treasury database management, and reconciliation activities while providing accurate financial information to senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage daily cash positions, short-term forecasts, and cash flow requirements.
  • Reconcile cash accounts and transactions, including wire transfers and ACH payments, with general ledger postings.
  • Track and analyze cash and investment activity.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
  • Develop and interpret analytics related to cash flow, investments, and treasury data.
  • Prepare reports on cash and investment activities, including Cash Note Reports, Investment Reports, and cash flow projections.
  • Analyze financial records and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and reconcile treasury databases and ensure alignment with operational teams.
  • Post entries to ERP and accounting systems in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Assist with preparation of final reports, including data editing and creation of charts and presentations.
  • Develop and update procedures and policies to reflect current processes.
  • Support other cash management functions and departmental projects as needed.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a treasury analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and software, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Solid understanding of cash and investment accounting principles.
  • Ability to develop and communicate reports vertically and horizontally within an organization.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting cash management and investment reporting functions.
  • Experience working with treasury databases.
  • Experience preparing financial reports, charts, and presentations.
  • Experience working with wire transfers, ACH transactions, and general ledger reconciliation.
