Key Responsibilities
Analyze transportation, freight, carrier, and logistics performance data.
Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve cost, service, and operational efficiency.
Support Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) performance tracking and optimization.
Ensure data accuracy within transportation management systems (TMS).
Partner with Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Master Data, and carriers on continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop KPI reports and performance metrics for transportation operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3- 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain analytics, or business analytics.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting tools.
Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting actionable insights.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with freight, transportation, or supply chain analytics.
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Familiarity with process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
