• Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3+ days/week in office
• Duration: 12-month contract, with potential extension up to 18 months
• Department: Procurement – Consumable Goods & Chemicals

About the Role

We are seeking a Transactional Analyst to support Global Procurement operations through SAP transactional activities, data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities
• Perform procurement transactions and maintain procurement data in SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Create, update, and maintain Outline Agreements, pricing, materials, and vendor information.
• Manage and resolve ServiceNow procurement-related requests and transactional issues.
• Analyze procurement data and develop reports, KPIs, trackers, and dashboards.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Use Advanced Excel, VBA, and/or Power Query for reporting and data analysis.
• Support data cleansing, vendor consolidation, automation, standardization, and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with procurement teams, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, transactional operations, or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Experience with Power BI dashboard development and maintenance.
• Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of VBA and/or Power Query.
• Knowledge of P2P, contracts, supplier/vendor data, and procurement processes.
• Experience participating in process improvement, automation, or standardization projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual French and English strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an asset.
