Transaction Analyst

• Transactional Analyst – Procurement
• Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3+ days per week in the Montreal office
• Contract: 12-month initial contract, with pre-approval to extend up to 18 months

Required Experience

• 1–3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, transactional operations, reporting, or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA or any other ERP.
• Practical understanding of procurement processes, including P2P, contracts, supplier management, and procurement data.
• Experience creating and maintaining reports, KPIs, trackers, and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Working knowledge of VBA and/or Power Query.
• Experience participating in process improvement, automation, standardization, or data cleansing initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with Power Apps is an asset.
• Experience working in a global procurement or shared-services environment.
