This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where timing, accuracy, and sound judgment are critical.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support client trading activity during overnight, pre-market, and other extended-hours sessions
  • Monitor trading platforms, systems, and connectivity to identify potential issues before they impact clients
  • Investigate and resolve trade-related, operational, and connectivity issues, escalating more complex matters when appropriate
  • Work closely with teams across trading, technology, operations, clearing, implementation, and client coverage
  • Manage routine operational processes and help improve procedures, controls, and workflows
  • Maintain clear records of incidents, investigations, and resolutions
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to operational processes
  • Provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders during live trading situations
  • Experience & Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in trade support, trading operations, market operations, or a similar financial markets environment
  • Understanding of equity and/or listed options trading processes
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment where issues need to be addressed quickly and accurately
  • Previous experience supporting clients or other external stakeholders is highly desirable
  • SIE is essential; Series 7 & 57 are preferred, but willingness to obtain is acceptable
  • Skills & Attributes
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Comfortable working independently with limited day-to-day supervision
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Able to prioritize effectively and remain composed during periods of high activity
  • Takes ownership of problems through to resolution
  • Naturally curious and motivated to improve existing processes
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • The company offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, which may include performance-based compensation, retirement benefits, paid time off, and medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional employee benefits may also be available depending on eligibility and location.
