Trade Settlement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash transactions and maintain accurate treasury records.
• Monitor cash balances and assist with daily cash positioning activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare treasury reports and support cash flow forecasting.
• Maintain banking documentation and update authorized signer records.
• Assist with electronic payment processing, including wire transfers and ACH transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end treasury closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal accounting and finance departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury projects, process improvements, and banking system updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent graduates with relevant internships or early professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance, banking, or financial operations.
• Knowledge of cash management principles and bank reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar financial software is preferred.
• Understanding of ACH, wire transfers, and electronic payment processing is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
• Experience preparing financial reports or supporting month-end close activities is a plus.
