Job Description

• We are seeking minimum 4 to 5 years experienced Test Analysts with Workday expertise to support urgent test execution activities.
• The role involves executing pre-written test cases that assume knowledge of Workday processes and functionality.
• Successful candidates will be subject matter experts (SMEs) in Workday and able to quickly contribute to ongoing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Workday-specific test cases across HR, Payroll, Finance, planning and related modules.
• Validate system functionality against business requirements and document results.
• Identify, log, and track defects using standard test management tools.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide daily status updates on test progress and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM/Finance and planning modules.
• Proven background in test execution within Workday implementations.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, QTest, ALM).
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Prior experience in large-scale Workday rollouts or upgrades.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
