- We’re looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Test Analyst to join our technology team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and ensuring that applications and systems meet business and user requirements before deployment.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and system requirements.
- • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects and issues.
- • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product managers, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- • Analyze requirements and technical specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- • Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing to ensure issue resolution.
- • Prepare test reports, defect summaries, and quality assurance documentation.
- • Support test environment setup, test data preparation, and release validation activities.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
- • Assist in automation testing initiatives where applicable.
- ✅ Requirements
- • Experience in software testing, quality assurance, system testing, or a related field is preferred.
- • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
- • Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing methodologies.
- • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- • Basic understanding of SQL, databases, APIs, and system integrations is an advantage.
- • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar technologies is a plus.
- • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
