  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Test Analyst to ensure the reliability, functionality, and performance of software applications. This role is responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on functional and technical requirements.
  • • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • • Identify, document, track, and report software defects using bug tracking tools.
  • • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • • Analyze test results and provide clear reports on software quality and performance.
  • • Participate in test planning, strategy development, and review sessions.
  • • Ensure software meets defined quality standards before release.
  • • Re-test resolved defects and verify fixes.
  • • Support automation testing initiatives where applicable.
  • • Maintain test documentation, test plans, and testing records.
  • • Work within Agile or Waterfall development environments.
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.
  • ✅ Requirements
  • • Experience in software testing, quality assurance, IT support, or related technical roles is preferred.
  • • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
  • • Familiarity with manual testing techniques and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).
  • • Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman) is an advantage.
  • • Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and web/mobile applications.
  • • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • • Ability to document test cases and report issues clearly and accurately.
  • • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
