Job Title: Technology Solutions Analyst
Reports To: Senior Manager, IT Business Systems

Position Summary
The Technology Solutions Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise business applications across Property Management, Construction, Finance, Leasing, and Corporate Services. The role is the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities
Technical / Business Analysis & Solution Delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business applications, including Microsoft SharePoint, Snowflake, and legacy systems.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and business process reviews to gather and validate requirements.
- Produce solution documentation: BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and SOPs including current state and future state workflows.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation tooling to manual business processes and evaluate vendor AI features for practical fit.
- Contribute to business cases, project charters, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate delivery across business users, IT teams, vendors, and consultants, managing competing priorities against project milestones.
Testing, Quality Assurance & Change Management
- Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts, and coordinate testing with business stakeholders.
- Support production deployments and postimplementation stabilization.
- Manage Change Requests through established governance, ensuring documentation meets audit and compliance standards.
Training & Support
- Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base documentation.
- Deliver application training to end users across the organization.
- Provide second level application support and coordinate issue resolution with vendors.
- Promote effective use of AI tools within the Business Systems team and among business users.
- Deliver application training to end users across the organization.
Academic/Professional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Required Skills/Experience
- Minimum 5 years in information technology, business systems analysis, or enterprise application support.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise software implementations from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Strong experience documenting business processes, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
- Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Experience coordinating UAT, system validation, and production deployments.
Required Technical Skills
- Yardi Voyager (commercial property management) configuration, reporting, and support
- SQL and database querying
- Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint
Additional Assets
- Snowflake, Power BI, and data integration / ETL platforms
- Workflow automation (Power Automate, Logic Apps)
- Construction and capital project systems (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- REST APIs, Microsoft Azure services, and enterprise document management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate, REIT, or property management.
- Experience delivering enterprise systems integration initiatives.
- Working knowledge of ITIL or comparable IT service management practices.
- Experience applying AI tools to business analysis, documentation, or reporting work.

The expected base pay range is: $90,000.00-$110,000.00. The base pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
