Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Implementation Consultant (Business Systems Analyst) is responsible for delivering successful software implementation and system integration solutions for financial institution clients. Working as part of the Professional Services team, this role partners with customer business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, map data, and support end-to-end implementation activities.
Skill / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Systems Analyst.
Experience delivering enterprise software implementation or system integration projects.
Strong knowledge of business process analysis and requirements gathering.
Working knowledge of XML, XSL/XSLT, XML Editing Tools, and Data Mapping Tools.
Experience with data mapping, software configuration, and system integration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Strong documentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from customer stakeholders.
Collaborate with client business analysts and technical teams to define system integration requirements.
Perform data mapping between customer systems and application platforms.
Configure software solutions based on customer business requirements and implementation best practices.
Provide functional and technical consulting throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Advise customers on product capabilities, system functionality, and recommended configurations.
Identify and recommend alternative solutions to address customer business needs.
Support solution analysis, design, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
Create and maintain functional specifications, mapping documents, and implementation documentation.
Coordinate with internal Product, Development, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and support customer testing activities.
Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting project timelines.
