  • 1. Engage with business stakeholders and institutional investor teams to understand requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend effective techno-functional solutions.
  • 2. Provide domain support for asset management processes and applications, ensuring smooth functioning of business operations and alignment with client expectations.
  • 3. Lead business issue resolution activities by analyzing root causes, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring timely closure of production and functional issues.
  • 4. Use SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to support operational reporting and incident investigation.
  • 5. Act as a liaison between business users, operations teams, and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
  • 6. Drive ITSM-based support activities, including incident, problem, and change management, while ensuring adherence to service management processes and SLAs.
  • 7. Contribute to process improvement and consulting initiatives by identifying gaps, suggesting optimization opportunities, and enhancing overall service delivery and user experience
