Job Description:
Technology Solutions team, the backbone of our operations, as a Technical Solutions Analyst. You'll act as a trusted advisor, supporting our diverse portfolio of applications supporting drawing management/CAD, mail and delivery services, facilities, and cafeteria/food services. This client-facing role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders and vendors.

- Responsibilities include the following:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned technologies.
- Ensure the health of assigned production applications.
- Manage the rollout of global programs for commissioning & qualification at our manufacturing sites.
- Improve customer experience and real-time data usage for site operations.
- Understand and enhance business processes and strategies across multiple business units.
- Investigate existing systems and industry technologies; develop integrated information management strategies.
- Comply with Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Seek strategic business opportunities for technology application; provide strategic analyses and insights.
- Ensure alignment between business strategies and technology directions.
- Make recommendations for process improvement objectives.
- Develop business relationships; coordinate portfolio of solutions.
- Manage conflicts, risks, and issues; keep stakeholders informed.
- Oversee a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience, or master's degree with 8 years of experience
- Hands-on experience managing global products and applications, ideally in a GxP or critical infrastructure environment
- Previous experience supporting GxP applications, on business intelligence programs or data engineering.
- Project management experience in agile or waterfall environments.
- Experience in managing the work assignments of contractors or direct reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
