This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead delivery across multiple enterprise GenAI initiatives within a large-scale transformation environment. This is a strategic role requiring full ownership of AI use cases from concept through POC to production-ready MVP, with strong stakeholder management and technical alignment from day one.The engagement spans several parallel AI streams embedded into core business processes. The role combines product leadership, technical translation, delivery governance, and executive communication in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of assigned GenAI use cases from requirement definition through POC, MVP, and early production stabilisation
- Translate business objectives into structured technical direction aligned with GenAI and LLM architecture patterns
- Prepare detailed requirement documentation including data sources, AI processing logic, validation steps, and output definitions
- Define scope, prioritisation, and delivery roadmaps across multiple parallel AI streams
- Coordinate architects, backend engineers, data scientists, and UX teams
- Ensure LLM integrations, retrieval logic, and agent workflows align with business value
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations proactively
- Lead demos and executive updates for senior business stakeholders
- Support operational readiness, handover, and early-stage production support
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Programme Management, or Engineering Leadership
- Strong conceptual understanding of GenAI and LLM-based systems
- Understanding of RAG architectures, agent workflows, embeddings, vector databases, and data orchestration
- Experience delivering multi-component enterprise technology solutions
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive communication
- Ability to structure ambiguity and reduce complexity for engineering teams
- Strong ownership mindset and delivery discipline
Nice to have
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Background in AI transformation or enterprise digital programmes
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI architectures and orchestration platforms
