Technical Business Systems Analyst 2

Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Technical Business Systems Analyst 2. The work will be done hybrid in Chicago, IL, with a requirement to work onsite three days per week. This is a long-term position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $41.67/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).

• Job Summary
• Cullerton Group is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to support a Data & Insights team focused on digital product adoption and business performance reporting. This role will analyze data, develop dashboards, maintain reporting tools, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to help drive data-informed decision making and improve visibility into key performance metrics.

• Key Responsibilities
• • Analyze and prepare data to support digital adoption tracking and business performance reporting
• • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools used by internal teams and stakeholders
• • Gather business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting solutions
• • Perform KPI analysis and develop insights to support business objectives and operational improvements
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and stakeholder satisfaction

• Required Qualifications
• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• • Experience working with data analysis, business reporting, or business intelligence functions
• • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms
• • Experience developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and business performance reporting solutions

• Preferred Qualifications
• • Experience performing adoption analysis and measuring digital product performance
• • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and reporting methodologies
• • Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder engagement
• • Experience supporting Data & Insights, Business Intelligence, or Analytics teams
• • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
