Job Description:

• Our client is looking for a Hybrid Technical Analyst / Business Analyst who understands both lab operations and system configuration, with a strong focus on method build and workflow digitization to support the LabWare 8 upgrade for a US‑based GMP laboratory site.
• This role will lead a dedicated workstream focused on implementing raw material and commercial product workflows, completing master data configuration, and finalizing integration with laboratory equipment and enterprise GMP systems. The successful candidate will translate regulatory, quality, and operational requirements into standardized, compliant LabWare LIMS designs and ensure stable execution of configured workflows in a regulated manufacturing

• Overview
• Lead the configuration and build of raw materials and commercial product workflows within LabWare LIMS 8, supporting Takeda’s transition to paperless testing in a GMP environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Configure raw materials, commercial products, and stability workflows in LabWare LIMS 8
• Translate approved test methods, specifications, and sampling plans into compliant LIMS designs
• Build and maintain master data including specifications, calculations, and test workflows
• Convert paper-based testing processes into standardized digital workflows
• Apply controlled build practices and reusable templates to ensure consistency and scalability
• Partner with QC, QA, and lab operations to gather requirements and refine workflows
• Develop test scripts, support UAT, and ensure workflows are fit for intended use
• Troubleshoot issues impacting lab execution and support end users post-go-live
• Required Experience
• Hands-on LabWare LIMS 8 configuration experience (required)
• Strong background in GMP lab environments with focus on:
• Raw materials testing
• Commercial product testing
• Experience translating regulatory and quality requirements into LIMS builds
• Experience with requirements, test cases, and workflow validation
