Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.

• Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers, architects, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC.
• Analyze existing systems, workflows, and business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.
• Support solution design by providing detailed business and functional requirements.
• Develop process maps, data flows, and system interaction diagrams.
• Partner with QA teams to develop test scenarios and validate requirements.
• Participate in UAT, defect analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL where required.
• Track requirements, dependencies, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Prepare documentation and provide ongoing support to project and delivery teams.

• Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of APIs, web services, databases, and system integrations.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Ability to understand technical architecture and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-modeling tools.
• Experience in enterprise application integration and digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore/onshore technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
